An expert in Customer Service, Lauray’s strong points include persistence and attention to detail. Having majored in Business Administration, Lauray is a life-long student, due to her unquenchable desire for knowledge and new experiences.

Originally from San Diego, California, with a 5 year interlude in the Bay Islands of Honduras, Lauray now resides in Kailua Kona, Hawaii with her husband, David Kearnes. When it’s time to: “put down the mouse and step away from the desk”, she enjoys reading, hiking, snorkeling, yoga, education, and travel to exotic places
